May 22, 2025 , another important step for the APEC-Canada Growing Business Partnership project

On May 21–22, 2025, we held an intensive 2-day workshop in Bangkok in collaboration with the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada, with support from the Government of Canada.

Congratulations to the 60 entrepreneurs from across Thailand who were selected to participate in the project. Their work spans a variety of industries, including food, real estate, tourism, handicrafts, skincare, bags, health services, jewelry, resorts and accommodations, community enterprises, clean energy, information technology, mental health, and more.

On both days, there were discussions and sharing of experiences from four speakers who came to spark inspiration and exchange ideas intensively.

The main content of this workshop covers important topics for modern entrepreneurs:

• Using TikTok for Business
• Finance for business owners
• Sustainable business management
• Gender-conscious business
• AI for entrepreneurs

Beyond academic content, we saw smiles, new friendships, and expanded business networks—all of which are the power of growth and meaningful change.
